Well, not really. In an official announcement shared by the band, guitarist Erina was allegedly "fired" for "being distracted by the bartender and making mistake after mistake."
As "punishment", he had to walk home himself and pay for unpaid merch, but Shun took pity on him and let him back into the band.

Erina quote-tweeted the announcement saying that he'll try his best to "gradually reduce the frequency" this happens, and as an apology they will be releasing a new song written by him on August 22nd.

The band ends their important, and extremely serious, announcement by saying they performed an encore as a 4-man group and realized they needed Erina after all.
