Because of vocalist Miren being a player, Souka decided to disband in May, yet that's not said in the disbandment message but its obvious the reason.

Thank you sincerely for your support for Souka from the bottom of our hearts.
Souka, which has been active since its start on December 1, 2025, will be disbanding in May 2026.
We sincerely apologize to all of you who have been supporting us for this sudden announcement.
To everyone who has supported us, and to all those who have been involved with us — the members would like to express our deepest gratitude.
Although our time together was limited, the days we spent as Souka and the scenery we were able to share with all of you are irreplaceable and precious treasures to us.
The remaining time is short, but until the very end, we will continue to deliver our voices, thoughts, and sincerity as Souka.

As of today, the following fan will be prohibited from attending all future Souka performance events, as well as all events involving Souka members.The reasons are as follows:
・Acts of connection with vo. Miren (lewd acts, private contact)
・Acts of solicitation toward other customers
Due to the above two points, there is a possibility of causing trouble to other fans or events featuring Souka in the future, so we will take this measure.FxTwitter

I am truly sorry that I have to write an report message like this.
Despite having a girlfriend (referred as Ms. A) whom I have been dating and living with since around March 2025, I connected with the fan in question as well as other fans, and engaged in physical relationships with them. As a result, I caused Ms. A a great deal of pain and discomfort. Because of this, it ultimately ended up causing trouble for the other members as well. After discussions, we have decided to permanently ban the fan in question and ensure that there will be no further contact. I deeply regret my actions, which have betrayed the support and expectations of all the fans who have always cheered for us. I am very sorry for causing you all this trouble this time.--

I've removed the social media handles of the banned fan in question. It's really unnecessary for them to put her on blast on their twitter account, and there's no sense putting that information here and spreading it around as well.

it was an instagram handel name. but that account doesn't exist anymore or is renamed.
for X I doubt it was the same, the account seems not even be from a vkei fan or so
but after all, it was not nessesary for the band to publish her acount handelname. its just making her name bad on purpose.

@suji I see no reason being angry at someone who was victim of a love scam. Its the vocalist wrong anyway
betraying his girlfriend, playing around with fans... giving his bandmates trouble... band disbands... and that within a half year...They were a promising band and disbanding like this is just a shame. hope everyone finds a new band to be part of.

Dr. 卩 (Setsu) no-showed today's live on 5/8 at Takadanobaba Club Phase. ("air drummer" おーる。 (All.) (Kuroneko) filled in as support)
He has left the band, effective immediately, due to loss of trust and differences in value.
However, the band claims this was done without approval by the rest of the members, as he also had to fulfill payment obligations (which may never be done after all).
