Contributors are encouraged to proofread their posts and verify translations using reliable tools to maintain accuracy and readability for an international audience. DeepL usage is accepted.
To keep the forum organized, update post titles when significant news occurs, avoid off-topic posts, and create new threads when necessary rather than reviving outdated topics. Use the flag function to flag double-posts or errors instead of commenting on them in the thread. Cooperation is essential—news contributions are a team effort, and overlapping posts should be treated as collaboration, not competition.
When posting, provide context for embedded media such as tweets, videos, or SNS posts, as official sources may be deleted over time. Include band/release names in both Japanese and Romaji, supply accurate details, and avoid excessive formatting or unnecessary embellishments.
