These guys don't need an introduction.
Whether you like them or you don't, they're one of the most popular and creatively dynamic acts of their generation with a tremendous impact on the scene at large, home and abroad. They've been around for nearly a quarter of a century and have built up a massive discography that's a lot more stylistically varied than often given credit, especially their in first decade.I've been listening to Stacked Rubbish and DIM era B-sides and deep cuts all day to commemorate the... erm... 24th anniversary that didn't go so well. Anyway, they were unstoppable at this time and their rocketing popularity reflected that.

Apart from the early indies days, the STACKED RUBBISH and DIM eras are the high points in my book, like you mentioned the B-sides are insanely strong too. If one were to compile those single-exclusive tracks from these two periods it would do quite well as a standalone album.

So if there exists a live rendition of Oni no men, presumably from the Judgement Day show or the same tour (I didn't compare the venues yet, but it's shot with multiple cameras), that means there's a live of Kore Yokattan Desu floating somewhere as well? Someone alludes to a VHS release of this live, so maybe that's uncut and this song was indeed filmed at some point in time. There aren't that many Gazette songs left that haven't been recorded and made publically available somewhere, but that's the one I want to see the most.
