This is also a good place to bring up general points of confusion about how certain parts of the site work, especially for (most) users who are new to this platform.

When reporting an issue, try to include as much helpful detail as possible. Mention what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and any error messages you may have seen. Screenshots can also be helpful when explaining a problem. Keep in mind that the forum runs on NodeBB, so some behavior may be part of the platform itself rather than a bug. Staff or other users will do their best to help clarify things or find a solution.

Hey, I can't create new threads in the news section (unsure if that's the case everywhere). Clicking "new topic" doesn't open the interface to create a new thread, but I believe I can still edit existing posts.

#update apparently I can't edit posts either, but I'm able to start new threads by right-clicking the button and opening it in a new tab.

i'm having the same problems as well and clearing out cookies does not fix it.

Fixed it. Man, I got a lot of stuff on the docket.

Sorry folks, I've neglected this site for a few months due to personal/health reasons, but I'm going to start the cleanup process here in the coming days.
