Done. Need to match the active behavior for tab highlighting, but it should be functional. Currently just letting the frequent emojis persist in the browser's localStorage, so if you clear browser data, use a different browser, etc. it resets.

Sounds good, I think the layout can be tweaked later to make it work, hopefully, I get that the way it looks now it wouldn't work, since we don't have a sidebar with the profile pic and stuff like on other forums in the threads.
