Okay so first of all I just wanna say that I'm FUMINGGGG okay so basically I ordered a package from the DRUGS official shop (a shirt and a cd) and used Zenmarket to transport it over from Japan and today I refreshed my package tracker to see it saying that it got "Destroyed"?? Did this happen to anybody else and knows why and if/how I'm able to get a refund 😭

Some of the affected people confirmed that they received their packages fine.

So hopefully this is just a goof in the system! 🙏

(edit: this seems to be an issue specific to Zenmarket btw)

But this looks super suspicious as if Zenmarket did something wrong with the shipment....
